Today Pacifictop Shipping is one of the largest privately-owned shipping and transportation companies in Hong Kong. However, our original personal style remains the hallmark of our operations and is what we are best known for. We provide complete service in all aspects of Customs clearing, international freight forwarding, warehousing, distribution, order assembly, supply-chain management and other related fields. We have the flexibility and enthusiasm to out-perform the giants in service while having the resources that the smaller operations cannot match.

Export Management
Our export department extends to main ports throughout the world including Taiwan, China, South East Asia, Japan, Korea, Australia, New Zealand, India, Europe, Mediterranean Sea, Africa, USA, Canada, and Central and South America. As our agents are established everywhere, exporters rely on us to handle all varieties of special shipments as well as control services in picking-up, to door service, customs clearances, etc. Our export department is well-experienced and has both the knowledge of the industry and the ability to run excellent operations procedures. It is because of this that we are able to guarantee that cargo will arrive quickly and safely.

Import Management
We are able to import cargo from anywhere throughout the world. A notification of arrival is sent to importers before vessels arrive to help eliminate storage charge and demurrage cost. We also offer door to door service to our importers. These and various other services we provide lets us fulfill any and all the needs of our customers.

Transhipment Department
The main purpose of the Transshipment department of Pacifictop is to transit cargo imported from overseas to every part of mainland China, especially around the Guangdong province and Pearl River Delta, which we called the ‘Triangular Trade.’ (Overseas – HK - China) As we always had close connections with our Shenzhen office and their truck drivers, we can provide updated information on the location of the container to the importer, allowing them to arrange their production schedule with more ease.

Airfreight Department
Pacifictop airfreight department provides alternatives for our customers to ship their cargo in a faster way. While on-time deliveries keeps customers complacent, late or incomplete shipments, damaged goods, inaccurate documentation and poor packaging seriously damages long-term business prospects and ruins established reputations overnight. Thus, we are constantly working to make our services the best in the industry and ensure that no problems arise for our customers. Pacifictop works with all the airlines on a global basis and will also organize consolidations and charters when and where they are required. We have a worldwide agent network that allows us to arrange door-to-door delivery virtually anywhere. When time is most important, we are able to provide global cargo handling services by air.
